Since 18 years now, our old central heating served us very well. But now, it became old and couldn’t deliver the needed performance anymore that we need especially on cold winter days, when the apartments are also heated for the guests. Additionally, with this central heating system we also heat the other two buildings that belong to the farm. So finally, we invested in a new system from Heizomat. It performs up to 75 kilowatt and has enough reserves to supply the new firebrigade building across the street.
Naturally, we exclusively use wood from our own forest to heat all the buildings and apartments. This energy is sustainable and renewable.
